MARKETING PROCESS
Marketing is  organizational function and a set of processes for creating ,communicating and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in ways that benefits the organization and its stakeholders. Value and Utility in marketing, value is relative comparison of a product’s benefits versus its costs and utility is ability of a product to satisfy a human want or need, there are form ,time ,place and possession.Inside marketing, goods have three categories, consumer goods ,industrial goods and services. Relationship marketing that marketing strategy that emphasizes building lasting relationships with customers and supplies, customer relationship management(CRM) ,that organized methods that a firm uses to build better information connection with clients and Data Warehousing that the collection, storage and retrieval of data in electronic files are also the part of marketing. The external environment is the firm and its marketing plan. There are political-legal environment ,sociocultural environment, technological environment and economic environment .In marketing, substitute product ,Brand competition and international competiton are the competitive environment. The strategy of the marketing mix are plans and strategies decision .The principal of marketing are product, price ,place ,promotion and precision. After the integrated marketing strategy ,the target marketing and market segmentation will form. Target the marketing, the product need to components and identifying market segments.Doing research is part inside the marketing, marketing research is study of what consumer need and want and how best to meet those needs and wants. Two research data form are secondary data(available data)and primary data(new data).The social media is important for marketing, that will force the product selling. There four categories ,social networking(people),social networking media(website),viral marketing(spread information) and corporate blogs (published by web).Marketing is the consumer behavior what they want to develop the price and product that distribution the promotion and product.The seven-step development process are product ideas ,screening ,concept testing ,business analysis prototype development ,product testing &test marketing and commercialization .Branding that symbols to communicate the qualities and Brand Awareness that extent to which brand name comes to mind are identifying products .The pricing to meet business objectives are pricing objectives ,market share ,cost -oriented pricing ,markup ,variable cost ,fixed cost ,breakeven analysis and breakeven point .When pricing new products need price skimming ,penetration pricing ,bundling strategy and price lining .Product life cycle (PLC)is series of stages in a product’s commercial life ,stages in the PLC are introduction ,growth, maturity and decline.
